Request access to Edge Services
Step 1 - Create DestinE account
If you already have an account go directly to step 2.
If you don’t have a DestinE account: go to DestinE Platform and register.
Step 2 - Access DestinE Edge services
Go to DestinE DataLake and click on Sign in with your DestinE credentials.
Choose DESP OpenID Identity provider and Authenticate:
If this the first time you are signing in to DestinE DataLake UI (as seen above), fill in the following form:
Step 3 - Request to be granted
Request access to one or multiple DestinE Edge Services by sending a message to our Support Team at mailto:contact.platform@destine.eu; include the Edge Service name and your use case description or justification.

Step 4 - You will receive a confirmation email when your request is handled
The email will contain further instructions for accessing the requested service or services.
Note
Please note that a change of email address at DESP level may result in loss of access to a part of the DEDL services.
In the event of such a change, you are required to resubmit a request for DEDL Edge Services, providing the updated user information.
